Gonna Try Something Different...

Well chickadees is it a freakin' epidemic or is it just the change in the seasons? Why are all my girls all moping around, down, lost their mojo, in a funk and what not?

One of my RL best friends is a bit down. Her significant other's job has his ass flying away on business so I know that is part of it so 'Alice' was spilling some blues to me about things. Back in the day 'Alice' and I spoke daily, hung out daily, and partied together weekly but as life goes on and things change that routine was affected. We don't live as close to each other as I like. Yeah I would like her right next door to me if I could.

I first talked about her here during crush week and how we had a crash course down memory lane after I thought I ran into my forever crush. But you see, Alice isn't all into Twilight. G-gasp!! I know!!! Now I'm not gonna drop her ass out of my life just because of it. She's not completely over the moon over Rob, even. GASP!!! Though, she's admitted that in certain pictures Rob looks hotter than others. I'll take that. It doesn't make sense for her to not love Rob, especially when she used to call me up and instead of saying hello she would just open with, "I want Brad Pitt's body" of course this was back in oh ummmm the 90s. But she's on of my BFFs and I love her to death. She knows WAY too much about me. She knows things my husband doesn't know. She keeps pictures at her house from a party I had once that should be burned should something ever happen to me so that no one should ever see them.

So I thought it would be fun to get her involved in a blog post. You guys can ask a question in the comment about me or me and her and I'll have her answer them. I'll assume all veto power, of course, because I'm not answering about names or locations or high schools but if you guys are creative enough, I bet you could get some fun stories out of her. I'll warn you though, she's f*ckin' chatty.

Being in our thirties has been a little bit of a strange time for both us among different friends. Weird shit comes up. She was having a hard time understanding the reason one of her friends was acting a certain way and that things had been a little strained between them and had now kind of gotten too weird for her to keep up with. Then she made this comment to me without even skipping a beat:

"You've always been my most normal friend and still are, well except for the RPattz thing." 

Huh?? Yeah I think I'm the Rachel, in this friendship.

Alice is a huge BH, 90210 fan--the kind of friend that will call you to remind you to watch the show, maybe call to ask if you will record the show for her, call you to find out if you watched the show, and if you missed it, first she will YELL at you and ask why did she bother to call and remind you and then she'll tell you every detail of what happened on the show.  With that kind of dedication can you imagine what a great addition she would be to this bloggy world if she liked Twilight? I mean were talking Aro thinking about the possibilities of Bella as a vamp here, like if somehow you could just help me figure out what or who to use to "turn her" on to Twilight. If I could just find the right angle. I'm thinking Kellan might be the way to go.  But then again, I think she would be into Jackson. Of the Twilight guys, Jackson looks most like her S/O.

So anyways think of something good to ask Alice. 

I'm going to getting together with her soon for some coffee talk

then I'll post back the answers.

I guess I should ask her if she would even go for this idea? Nahhh!!! Just trying to include her into this newer aspect of my world.

Is there one word that your BFF could say out loud in front of people that could absolutely bring you to your knees even if it is an inside joke? What is it? Wanna share the story behind it?
