Happy April Fool's Day!

Could it be that the Bree Novella will turn out to really be Midnight Sun? Was it just one big April Fool's Day joke on us? Consider the timing.
I love Midnight Sun so far! I loved how jealous and irritated Edward was by Mike Newton. I asked TwiredJen what her favorite Edward line was from the series and she picked the stars, moon sappy line in New Moon, you know that completely fantastic line that again has you wondering why Edward could leave Bella to begin with. I digress.
Here is ONE of my favorites. It is more a thought than a spoken line, but hey it is Edward's thoughts. In Midnight Sun after Edward meets up with Bella by her truck in the parking lot Bella askes him "Why can't you leave me alone?" and in his thoughts he replies, "Believe me, I've tried. Oh and I'm wretchedly in love with you." That just chops up my heart into little bitty bits and sews it together again with pure love! What guy other than Edward would even think that to themselves?

Hey Stephenie here's a MILLION BILLION TRILLION Enough-freaking-money-to-buy-the-solar-system idea!!!
Write a 400 or so page book about the summer of 2005 further extending the Bella and Edward love story, possibly telling of frolicking in the meadow, Edward bringing Bella flowers, dinners out at fancy restaurants, rides in the Aston Martin, Edward drawing his careful lines (lots of those scenes), etc. Write how they spent every day of the summer lying around the meadow reading Jane Austen to each other while Edward sparkled. I don't care, as long as they are HAPPY to be together with no interference from the dog but lots of fun interaction with the extended family!
Well if anything, this little novella of Bree gives me hope that some day my dreams of a completed Midnight Sun and Moonbeams: Summer of Sweetness books will be written!

Well here's something fun to do chickadees. Mr ATP knows of my fanfiction reading but I have yet to fill him in on MotU details. So, I called Mr. AnTwi-Pattz at work yesterday and we talked shop for a few minutes and then I had an idea so funtastic that I thought if he does this I will laugh my rear to the pier!
"Hey honey, tell me 'Laters, baby!' no questions asked."
Without hesitation and with a little bit of an Elvis thing going on he said, "Laters, baby!"
I definitely did not laugh. Instead, I went a little weak and stunned he did it. It sounded so "right on" with how I usually read that line in my head.
Leave it to him to f*ck with my mind like that, but he's still not escaping the Twilight April Fool's Day shenanigans.
So when he opens his laptop at work today he will see this!
Well minus the eWard. He's just Vanna-ing it for us.
And I'm really undecided as to whether or not I want someone else to happen to be around when he pulls his laptop out of his briefcase and opens it up on his desk! Now you might think I was being kind by setting him up with a Kristen card from my New Moon card game, but really chickadees, I could NOT BEAR the thought of attaching an Edward picture and it not finding its way back to my home safe and sound.
